Biostimulators

Biostimulators are injectable treatments placed in the deeper layers of the skin that prompt your body to produce its own new collagen, gradually restoring firmness, thickness, and structure.

Fillers add immediate volume where they are placed. Biostimulators work gradually and the result is your own collagen, giving broader improvement in skin quality and support.

Results appear gradually, usually starting around six to eight weeks, with continued improvement over three to six months as new collagen forms.

Results commonly last around two years after a full series, with most clients scheduling maintenance once or twice a year.

Downtime is minimal. Mild swelling, redness, or bruising may last a few days, and most people return to normal activities the same day.

Sculptra uses poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA) and develops gradually over three to four months, usually in a series of two to three sessions, often lasting two years or more. Radiesse uses calcium hydroxylapatite (CaHA) microspheres, gives instant volume from its gel carrier plus ongoing collagen growth, typically lasts 12 to 18 months, and often reaches its goal in one to two visits.
